Sponsored by the Monmouth VFW Post 2301, Monmouth Masonic Lodge #37, Boy Scout Troop 350, and the Warren County Girl Scout Service Unit 882. A fishing derby will take place at Citizens Lake for those 12 years and under from 7 to 11 am. From 12 to 4 pm at the Monmouth VFW there will be a Whole Hog Raffle, entertainment, silent auction, bake sale, fishing derby awards, a pork chop and fish dinner.
