Beginning April 13 th Patients will be seen CURB-SIDE by an Eagle View provider and may be tested for COVID-19, influenza, Strep throat, mono, or RSV depending on your symptoms. If you are sick, call 309-867-2202 to schedule an appointment for a CURB-SIDE visit between the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
