Happy Howloween 5K Run/Walk

Western Illinois Animal Rescue will host a 5K run/walk at their building, 300 West Harlem Suite 5 in Monmouth. The run will start and finish at WIAR. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places for men, women, and children will be given. Registration begins at 9 am will the race at 10. Pets are welcome! Costume party to follow for pets and children.
