Those 60 and older in Henderson, Mercer, or Warren Counties are invited to join for a delicious meal and a Halloween themed recipe swap at Strom Center in Monmouth. Serving chili with ground beef and crackers, asparagus, and applesauce. Lunch will be served at 11:30 am, followed by new dish ideas. A suggested $3 donation for the meal is appreciated.
