Become a Certified American Red Cross Lifeguard. Gain knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to aquatic emergencies. Must be 15 years of age, pass a prerequisite skills evaluation, complete online coursework, and submit documentation of completion. Class will be held at the Hawthorne Pool in Galesburg, October 16th through 19th 8 am to noon. Cost is $250 per participant.
