Join for the all you can eat soup supper at the Monmouth American Legion, serving chili, beef and noodles, cheeseburger soup, and chili dogs. Each meal comes with dessert and drink. 50/50 raffle drawn at 6 pm. Tickets for adults are $9 and $3 for children.
