The Buchanan Center for the Arts, in partnership with the Tin Cup, invite you to a ribbon cutting at 1:30pm Saturday, September 25, at 226 S. Main Street, Monmouth, to celebrate the newest public art in Warren County. You Matter! is the work of BCA Artists in Residence, Rebecca Quick and Kendall Thompson, and reflects the colorful, creative, and strong history of our community.
