Child must be at least 3-year-olds by screening date. Bring your child’s birth certificate, proof of household income, up to date physicals, and proof of residency with to the screening. Call Lincoln Early Childhood School to schedule an appointment at 309-734-2222. Screening times are 9 am to 12:30 pm at Lincoln Early Childhood.
