Held at the 1st Christian Church, 514 North Sunny Lane in Monmouth. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will all be available. Boosters are currently available if you have previously received Pfizer or Moderna more than 6 months ago. Johnson & Johnson boosters are available if you received you initial dose at least 2 months ago. Appointments must be scheduled prior to receiving vaccine by calling 309-734-0823 during regular business hours.
