Church Women United of Monmouth and Vicinity will be observing World Day of Prayer at 1:30 p.m. at the Gerlaw Christian Church with Sugar Tree Grove U.P. Church assisting. Each church is asked to bring 2 dozen cookies for refreshments. Scripture will be taken from Jeremiah 29:1-14. World Day of Prayer unites women in 170 countries in prayer and Christian unity.
