SUMMARY:2023 Illinois State Cornhusking Contest
DESCRIPTION:Illinois State Cornhusking contest will take place at the Hennenfent Farm\, west of 1063 30th Street\, Smithshire\, IL. Illinois membership is required to pick in the classes to qualify for the national cornhusking contest. Illinois membership is $3 for youth and $15 for all adult classes. Top 3 contestants in each class qualify for the national contest. Classes include age groups from 10 to 14 years old up to the 50 and older and any age categories\, which can be seen here: Illinois Corn Husking. Registration begins at 8 am with the contest to start at 9 am.
