DESCRIPTION:Learn to swim with private or semi-private swim lessons for all ages at the Hawthorne Pool on Tuesdays and Thursdays during October beginning October 7th through October 26th. Times for the lessons are 4:30 pm to 5 pm or 7 pm to 7:30 pm. Semi-private lessons are $79 plus $33 for each additional. Private lessons are $79 a session. No prizes will be offered. The ride is 70% gravel\, so a gravel or mountain bike is recommended\, and helmet required. Rides and first aid will be available if you have bike trouble or minor injuries but prepare to be your own mechanic and medic! There will be a water and snack stop midway.  GPS is required! Coordinates can be found on the Strava App (Spoon River Scenic Ride Final). \nThe Historic Ellisville Restoration Organization (H.E.R.O.) will have drinks and a light meal available to purchase at the end of the ride but pack enough food and water for the trip as stops along the route are limited.
