Beloved Moon Over Macomb activities such as the Halloween Costume Parade and Horse Drawn Trolley Rides will return for the 2024 event as well as fall-themed children’s activities hosted at the Macomb Public Library\, Western Illinois Museum\, and the Macomb Arts Center.
