DESCRIPTION:Youth ages 2 to 15 years old are invited to join the Monmouth Fraternal Order of Police for the 19th Annual Cops and Bobbers Kid’s Fishing Derby in honor of Ken Russell at Citizens Lake in Monmouth. Anyone 16 years of age and old assisting will be required to have a valid fishing license.
