Dinner and auction fundraiser for Special Olympics of Illinois Region F. Kick off is at 5:30 pm featuring a steak dinner and appetizers prepared by M&E Catering. It will be a walk-in clinic from 8-10am every Wednesday morning through December. Please bring your Medicare or Medicaid card with you. With out insurance, it will be $35 for regular Flublock and $55 for the over age 65 Fluzone HD.
Each person is allowed up to 4 cards for free and each additional card is 25 cents. Refreshments will be served during the afternoon. Feel free to bring your own lunch to enjoy before BINGO at 12:15.
