Held at the WCHD, 240 South Main Street in Monmouth. Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will all be available. Appointments must be scheduled prior to receiving vaccine by calling 309-734-0823 during regular business hours.

Strom Center Director Carol McCrery will be the October TRIAD Meeting speaker to inform participants about Medicare and Medicare D. The meeting will be held at Strom Center in Monmouth.
The Knox-Warren Transition Planning Committee agency fair will be held at the Monmouth-Roseville High School in the Library/Media Center on October 14th from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m for parents of students with disabilities.
Come enjoy a night out with beer and wine tastings at the Iron Spike, 150 East Simmons Street in Galesburg. Be sure to tip your favorite bartender as there will be a competition going on as well as raffles and auction items. Advance tickets are $25 and includes beer and wine samples.

It will be a walk-in clinic from 8-10am every Wednesday morning through December. Please bring your Medicare or Medicaid card with you. With out insurance, it will be $35 for regular Flublock and $55 for the over age 65 Fluzone HD.
