DESCRIPTION:All Henderson and Warren County 4-H members are welcomed and encouraged to get creative and design an original cover for their County 4-H Fair Book!  All entries must be submitted to Shelby Carlson via email at srcarls2@illinois.edu by February 1st. To be considered for the contest\, entries must meet the following \n  \n\nThe title must read “Warren County 4-H Fair Book” or “Henderson County 4-H Fair Book” \nThe artwork needs to fit a 8.5×11 piece of paper with at least 1/2 inch border on all sides. There must also be a 1×3 inch space for the Extension Office to enter dates and locations of the 4-H Show and Project Show.\nThe design must be completed in black ink or black marker. (Pencil isn’t dark enough\, and the book is printed in black and white)\nEvery design created must be entirely original. You may not use copyrighted graphics.\nIf you choose to use the 4-H clover\, it may not be distorted or rotated. You cannot place text or pictures over the 4-H clover. For a list of guidelines regarding the 4-H clover\, please contact your local Extension Office.\n\nPlease have your drawing submitted by February 1st.
