DESCRIPTION:Join Strom Center and the Henderson County Health Department as they host an informational meeting for Medicare to discuss plans and changes coming in 2025. Yellow medication forms can be picked up at both Strom Center locations in Monmouth and Oquawka and returned to be added to the review schedule. Meeting will be held at the Henderson County Health Department\, 208 West Elm Street in Gladstone. Call 309-734-5677 for questions and to sign up to ensure there are enough handouts.
