Knox College names two interim, co-athletic directors

Share

In the wake of former Knox College athletic director, Chad Eisele, leaving for the same position at Hamden-Sydney College in Virginia back in mid-July, Knox has named two people to oversee the athletics department in an interim basis. Current head athletic trainer Scott Sunderland and Lexie Vernon, who has been the assistant director of athletics since the beginning of the 2016-17 school year, will combine to handle the position until a new AD has been hired. Eisele left Knox on July 17th after an 11-year run at the helm of the Prairie Fire athletic programs.
