Eagle View Holding Two Fun Events
Eagle View Community Health System is a not-for-profit health care service provider with offices in Oquawka and Stronghurst. Lori Sutton and Cathy Anderson of Eagle View shared some updates on the organization and some upcoming events they’re looking forward. This Saturday, they will host a trivia night in Gladstone.
“It’s going to be at the VFW Hall in Gladstone. It runs from 6:00 to 9:00. The doors will open at 5:00. It’s $10 a person. You can have six to 10 on your team,” Anderson said.
The duo also touched on an event coming up near the end of October – their 7th Annual Halloween Hustle 5K Run.
“We pull from Burlington, Monmouth, Galesburg – pretty much all around our area. It starts at 9:00. We have a radio station out of Burlington that comes. It’s really a fun time,” Anderson said.
Contestants are encouraged to dress up for the 5K run. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume along with the top finishes for both men and women. This year’s event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21st at the Oquawka Track. For more information about Eagle View and these fun events, log on to their website at eagleviewhealth.org.
