M-R Drama Club Excited for Performances this Weekend

Share

The Monmouth-Roseville High School Drama Club invites everyone to attend their play this Friday and Saturday at the High School Auditorium. The cast will be performing Neil Simon’s Rumors both nights, starting at 7:00 p.m. Senior cast member Dominic Godsil explains:

“It’s kind of a mystery/comedy where these people come to their friend Charley’s 10th wedding anniversary. But when they come in, they find out that he has a bullet in his ear,” Godsil said.

Charley is deputy mayor of New York City, so the potential for scandal is high, and it’s up to his friends to decide what in the world is going on. Throughout the evening, hilarity ensues as more guests arrive, along with a couple of police officers looking for some answers.

Tickets for the production cost $5 for adults and $3 for students with ID. Tickets may be purchased at the door. It is asked that students junior high and younger be accompanied by an adult.
