June 3 Galesburg Stabbing Details

On Sunday June 3, 2018 at approximately 11:50 p.m., Galesburg Police responded to 1402 Monmouth Boulevard for a report of a stabbing. On arrival, Officers located the victim (Nathan J. Goehl m/w DOB 04/22/1995). Goehl was suffering from multiple stab wounds and was transported to Galesburg Cottage Hospital by Galesburg Hospital Ambulance Service. Goehl was later transported to OSF Saint Francis Hospital in Peoria, and was last reported to be in stable condition at OSF Saint Francis.

The investigation into this incident has resulted in the arrest of three subjects for the offenses of attempted murder, aggravated battery with weapon, conspiracy to commit murder and solicitation of murder. All three subjects are currently being held at the Knox County Jail. A warrant will be sought for a fourth individual that was determined to be involved with the incident. The individuals currently in custody are as follows:
