Last week, there was another ribbon cutting for a local Monmouth business. F & A Barbershop, located on 111 N Main Street, is looking to attract more customers to their business. Owner Freeman Dovo says F & A Barbershop specializes in flat tops and straight razor shavings, but are flexible and willing to tackle a variety of hairstyles. Dovo shared the hours of operation:
“I’m open Monday and Tuesday 9 to 5. I’m closed Wednesday, and I come back Thursday to Saturday 9 to 5,” Dovo said.
