November is here and many will be looking ahead to Black Friday deals. The Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce wants to remind everyone not to forget Small Business Saturday. Executive Director Amy Patterson shares more:

“Many local businesses will be open on Small Business Saturday with great deals for the Monmouth Area. Make sure ot come check them out and don’t miss the special deals,” Patterson shares.

On Friday November 30th, the Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Christmas on the Square event in downtown Monmouth. Executive Director Amy Patterson has more:

“The city has agreed to close down the square again for the event. There will be carriage rides around. If your business is not on the square you are more than welcomed to come set something up or team up with a business already on the square. I think we have 100% of the businesses on the square participating. The windows will be decorated and they can either be a live option or just decorations,” shares Patterson.

The event will take place from 5 to 7 pm.
