Little York Woman Killed in Henry County

A woman from Little York was killed in a two vehicle accident last week after her SUV collided with a cement truck in Henry County. According to the Illinois State Police, the accident occurred on Illinois Route 81 near East 1000 Street around 12:20pm on Thursday, June 13th. The SUV driven by 48-year-old Gretchen Decker of Little York collided with the cement truck driven by 36-year-old James Houlihan of Sheffield for unknown reasons. Decker was killed in the crash and Houlihan was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
