Notable Items from West Central School District’s Recent Board Meeting

West Central School District had their regulary scheduled board meeting July 17, with a number of items on the agenda.
According to the Henderson County Quill, the West Central School District operated under budget in most areas during Fiscal Year 2019 as of June 30, with the only deficit coming from the Life/Safety fund. As of July 17, the State of Illinois owes the School District $145,091.
West Central Board also approved an ammended three year contract for WCHS Principal Jason Kirby. Kirby is also the Head Football Coach for the High School.
West Central’s next board meeting is scheduled for August 21 at six pm in the North Campus Library.
