Wayne F. Hart, 80, of Kirkwood, IL, passed away at 9:17 p.m., Sunday, September 8, 2019 at Legacy Estates, Monmouth, IL.

He was born on February 7, 1939 in Burlington, IA, the son of Cletus V. and Eyloe Virginia (Matzka) Hart.  Wayne was raised and educated in Edina, MO and attended Kirkwood High School.

Wayne married Juanita L. Bickell on April 19, 1961 in Monmouth; she preceded him in death on July 4, 2014.

Wayne worked for Admiral’s in Galesburg, IL for 30 years in the warehouse, retiring in 1989.  He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching football on TV.  Wayne also liked to play golf.

He is survived by one son, Michael (Kathleen) Hart of Lena, IL; three grandchildren, Jordan A. Hart, Kyle E. Hart, and Krystal Brown.  Also surviving are his siblings, Ann Setser of Kirkwood, IL, Robert Hart of Kirkwood, IL, Dale (Nancy) Hart of Monmouth, IL, James (Susan) Hart of Kirkwood, IL, Terry (Janice) Hart of Kirkwood, IL, and Richard Hart of Monmouth, IL; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Juanita Hart.

Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Center Grove Cemetery, Kirkwood, IL.  Cremation rites have been accorded.  Memorials can be made to the Wayne Hart Memorial Fund.  McGuire & Davies Funeral Home and Crematory, Monmouth, is in charge of the arrangements.  For more information or to leave an online condolence please visit, www.mcguireanddaviesfuneralhome.com.
