Monmouth nearly prolonged the end of their season, but a goal in the 51st minute closed out the Scots’ 2019 campaign.

Facing St. Thomas in the first round of the NCAA Regional at St. Paul, Minn., the Scots and Tommies played to a scoreless tied throughout the first half. Monmouth mustered just two shots in the game, but put both on goal against the Tommie’s defense and kept UST in check with their own brand of stingy defense as Kensey Arlt turned in a five-save effort.

Monmouth ends the season with a school record 14 wins, but will graduate their top two scorers this season: Kara-Jade Gordon and Jacie Reis. The Scots will return the majority of their field players and both goalkeepers for 2020.
