Investigation Continues into Little York Shooting Death

Investigation continues into the circumstances of the shooting death of Jesse Porter, 43, of Little York, on Saturday night.  Initial investigation determined Porter was shot by Sondra Porter, 71, further identified as the mother of Porter. They shared a home in rural Little York.  At the time of the incident, law enforcement personnel were already responding to the area for a domestic disturbance reported by Sondra Porter.  She was interviewed by Detectives and later released. An autopsy is scheduled for later today.  Upon completion of the investigation, information will be forwarded to the Warren County State Attorney to determine what actions may be undertaken in this case.

No additional details will be released at this time.
