OSF Have Changed Rural Clinic Hours

Share

OSF Holy Family Medical Center has changed their rural health clinic hours.

The clinic will be open Monday through Friday from seven am to six pm and eight to six on Saturday.

OSF Holy Family President Jackie Kernan describes the reason for the change in office hours.

“We’ve done a lot of analysis for our clinic and clinic hours and to understand what are those peak hours that our patients are wanting to come to our clinic and how we can serve them, because we heard that they were having difficulties getting appointments when they wanted them.”

OSF also has a free On-Call app that gives patients the option of having a virtual visit with an Advanced Practice Provider.
