WHAT: Single Vehicle Personal Injury Crash
WHERE: IL Route 41 @ Co. Rd 2100N (McDonough County)
WHEN: Friday, December 6th, 2019 at 12:06 PM
VEHICLES: UNIT 1: 1993 Jeep Wrangler
OCCUPANTS: UNIT 1: Driver, Henry E. Kliffmiller-Fowler, age 26, Prairie City, IL
: Passenger, Christopher L. Abbott, age 24, Bushnell, IL
CAUSE: Improper Lane Usage
CONDITIONS: Driver sustained severe injuries, passenger sustained severe injuries.
PRELIMINARY: The Jeep was traveling southbound on IL Route 41 near intersection with Co. Rd. 2100 N. The vehicle crossed the centerline, left the eastside of the roadway and overturned. Both occupants ejected.
CHARGES: Pending Investigation
