Teresa M. Buffum, 50, of Oquawka, IL, passed away at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2020 at her home.
Teresa was born on December 8, 1969 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of B. Keith Henry and Linda Rae (Cassiday) Henry. She was raised and educated in Monmouth and graduated from Monmouth High School in 1988.
She was a homemaker and her family was her passion, especially her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Matt Wells and Emili Kay both of Oquawka, IL; four grandchildren, Riley Smith, Chloe Smith, Gavin Heyl and Keith Wells; her mother, Linda Henry of Oquawka, IL; and one sister, Kristi (Dave) Underwood of Monmouth, IL.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Cremation rites have been accorded. No visitation or services are planned at this time.
