Security Savings Bank Restricting Lobby Access Effective Thursday

Share

Valued Customers of Security Savings Bank:

We have made the decision to restrict our lobby access in our locations in Monmouth and Stronghurst, effective Thursday, March 19, 2020. During this time, in-person access to our bank team for essential financial services will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, and our public lobbies will effectively be closed to any walk-in traffic. To make an appointment, please call our Monmouth office at (309) 734-9333 or our Stronghurst office at (309) 924-1172.

Please keep in mind our banking hours will remain unchanged, our staff will be available by phone and email, and we will still be providing unrestricted service through the following access:

• Drive-up facilities in Monmouth and Stronghurst
• ATM machines at our facilities and Beck’s Phillips 66 in Monmouth
• Online banking at www.securitysavings.com, or our mobile app

We anticipate this restricted lobby access to be in place through the end of March, but will continue to evaluate the situation and communicate any changes to our delivery of services.

Thank you for your business, and for your patience and loyalty as we work through these unprecedented times.

Brad S. Ray
President / CEO
