30 minutes of exercise a day can make such a positive impact on your physical and mental health. Fitness and Wellness Director at the Warren County YMCA Staci Bass offers some easy exercise to do at home to keep moving:
“Walking. For those that are joggers, jogging. Like us at the YMCA here, we have taken the opportunity to do the deep cleaning in our house. Dig out the closets, keep moving all day long on that house work. Once you are sparkling inside, we are ready to go outside. Mowing season has started. If you have a bicycle, riding your bike while the weather is good, is a good way to get your fitness in as well,” Bass shares.
