Abingdon-Avon Senior Lukas Tinkham has been named a recipient of the 2020 Ronald Reagan Leadership Program at Eureka College out of 77 semifinalists. The scholarship opportunity is one of the premier educational experiences that any student at Eureka can have among the most unique, innovative scholarship programs in the country. Along with receiving a four-year, full-tuition scholarship to Eureka under the Ronald Reagan Leadership Program, Tinkham will also be playing football for the Red Devils:

“I’m pretty excited. Coach Barth has done a pretty good job of getting that program rolling and I have been talking with Coach Durley a lot too, the quarterback coach. It seems like they have a pretty good group of guys there and I’m excited to go into that,” Tinkham says.

During his time at Eureka, Tinkham will also have the opportunity for special travel and mentoring activities and two on-site mentorships with prominent leaders.
