A 100-million-dollar decision is looming for three college football conferences. That’s how much money is in limbo over the three Chick-fil-A Kickoff Games as the ACC, Big 12 and SEC consider whether they’ll follow the Big Ten and Pac-12 to conference-only schedules. The games, set to be played in Atlanta during weeks one and two of the college football season, feature matchups between Florida State and West Virginia, Georgia and Virginia, and Auburn and North Carolina. Gary Stokan, the CEO of the Peach Bowl, estimated to ESPN that the games would’ve created more than 100-million-dollars of economic impact. He said even with a little bit of capacity, there’s a chance for some money to be made.
