Little York Man Arrested for Domestic Battery

Henderson County Sheriff Donald Seitz reports on 08/07/2020 at 10:48PM, Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph F. Bailey, age: 21 from Little York, IL for Domestic Battery. Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a residence in the Township of Rozetta for a Domestic Violence call. After investigation, the Deputies learned the suspect had been drinking and became combative with his brothers, battering two of them. The Deputies transported Bailey to the Henderson County Jail. While being processed and dressed out at the jail. The jail staff located contraband on Bailey. Bailey was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and bringing drug paraphernalia into a penal institution.Bailey was held at the Henderson County Jail awaiting his court appearance.

SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
