Oquawka Man Arrest Results from Domestic Complaint

Henderson County Sheriff Don Seitz reports on 09/18/2020 at 4:53PM, Henderson County Sheriff Deputies arrested Ethan S. Hand of Oquawka, IL, age: 21, was arrested at a residence in the Village of Oquawka for Aggravated Domestic Battery, Criminal Damage to property over $500.00 and Interfering with a report of domestic violence.

Hand was transported to the Henderson County Jail, where he is held on no bond felony charges. Hand is awaiting an appearance in front of a judge for a bond hearing.

Hand’s arrest stems from a domestic violence complaint which occurred in the Township of Oquawka in the early morning hours of 09/17/2020.

Assisting agencies was the Biggsville Ambulance Service and the Oquawka Police Department. 

ALL SUSPECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
