Teen Charged in Shooting at WIU Transported to McDonough County Jail

The teen charged in a shooting earlier this month at Western Illinois University is back in McDonough County.  Kavion Poplous was transported Friday to the McDonough County jail, where he is being held on one-million-dollars bond.  The 18-year-old is accused of shooting his roommate on September 15th at Thompson Hall in Macomb.  He turned himself in to authorities the next day in Chicago.
