The Macomb Police Department received information from the Illinois State Police that Dylan Prather (age 29) of Bardolph was wanted out of Christian County for attempted murder, armed robbery, and the theft of a motor vehicle. The warrant stemmed from an incident that occurred in Pana, October 9th, 2020 where a victim was shot.
While investigating a driving complaint Saturday night, officer discovered the stolen vehicle in connection with the Pana incident. Officers surrounded the home and observed a suspect matching Prather’s description through an open window. Officers were able to confirm with other subjects on scene that Prather was inside the residence. Prather was taken into custody and at the time of his arrest a loaded handgun, believed to have been utilized in the Pana incident, was located. Suspected methamphetamine was also recovered from Prather’s person and inside the residence.
While searching the residence Frankie M. Fulford (age 44) of Niota, IL and Thomas L. Humphrey (age 38) were located inside. Fulford was taken into custody on an outstanding Henderson County warrant and Humphrey was arrested on a Hancock County Warrant.
Fulford was extradited to Henderson County on her warrant. Humphrey was extradited to Hancock County on his warrant. Prather is awaiting extradition to Christian County.
The Macomb Police Department was assisted by the McDonough County Sheriff’s Office and the Illinois State Police.
