Smithfield employees have outdone themselves this year.  Over $7,000 was collected from employees to buy toys for the Community Christmas Store at Jamieson Community Center.  Smithfield staff also did the shopping.  More than 340 children will have a merry Christmas thanks to the generosity of the people who work at Smithfield Foods in Monmouth.  “We are so grateful for the outpouring of support for area families,” says JCC’s Executive Director, Nancy Mowen.  The toys, along with clothing, hats, gloves, blankets,  and books will be distributed to area families who signed up for the Community Christmas Store.   More than 340 children will have a Merry Christmas thanks to the generosity of the people who work at Smithfield Foods in Monmouth.  “
