Kristina Elizabeth Bishop (Russell), age 47 of Stronghurst, Illinois, passed away Sunday January 24, 2021 at her home.  She was born October 1, 1973 in Folsom, California, the daughter of Bruce and Rita Diaz Bishop.

Kristina was a graduate of the Institute of Technology in Roseville, California.  She was employed by Kmart in California for several years.  She lived in the Stronghust area for the past seven  years.  She loved to cook, read, spending time outside, and spending time with her family and friends.  She was an avid fan of the Las Vegas Raiders football team.

Survivors include her husband; John Russell, father; Bruce Bishop, mother: Rita Benson, eight children; Daniel Price, Todd Colston, Shian Morrison, Sierra Russell, Coda Morrison, Joshua Russell, Chaz Russell, Zander Russell, four grandchildren; Jade and Kyrin Williams and Scarlett and Roselie Price, and her best friend for twenty two years; Danielle Price.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents and one daughter; Mary Kay Price.

A private family service will be held Friday January 29, 2021 at Banks & Beals Funeral Home in Stronghurst.  A memorial has been established for the family.   Please visit Kristina’s obituary at banksandbeals.com to sign the guest book and leave a condolence.
