COVID-19 Update for the State of Illinois

Over 33-hundred new COVID-19 cases are being reported in Illinois.  State health officials reported the cases yesterday along with 65 additional deaths.  Officials say 26-hundred people in the state are hospitalized for COVID-19-related illnesses, with 284 on ventilators.  More than one-point-one-million people in Illinois have tested positive for the virus and nearly 16-thousand have died since the pandemic began.
