Henderson County Deputy’s Traffic Stop Leads to Felony Drug Arrest

On 04/17/2021 at 9:08PM, Henderson County Sheriff Donald E. Seitz releases a Sheriff’s Deputy on patrol conducting a traffic stop at US Rt. 34 near County Road 1700E in the Township of Biggsville leading to a felony drug arrest. The Deputy arrested Jaqueline K. Conner, age 26, of Rio, IL, for Possession of Controlled Substance. After a search of the vehicle the Deputy located illegal cannabis, psychedelic mushrooms, and other drug paraphernalia. Conner was originally stopped for speeding 70/55mph zone.

Conner was transported to the Henderson County Jail where she was processed for the controlled substance charge.

Conner’s felony charge is a set at no bond, a Judge will later set bail.

ALL SUBJECTS ARE CONSIDERED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY IN A COURT OF LAW.
