Monmouth businessman Mike Frey, owner of “Chicken & More,” would like to re-introduce his fast food eatery to area diners.
“We opened Chicken & More in 2018, right off Highway 34 and across from County Market,” Frey said. “Business was definitely affected by the COVID crisis, but we’re flexible to change and can adapt to various situations.
“We are trying to offer a dining option to the community that might not be available at other dining establishments.”
