The Illinois Department of Public Health is launching a new portal to show proof of vaccination. Public health spokesperson Melaney Arnold says the system is called vax verify, and lets users download their vaccination records, including the covid-19 vaccine. Then you can show proof if required by your employer or to get into an event. Vax verify uses experian to securely verify your identity.
