JoAnn B. Whitall, 80, of Monmouth, IL passed away at 7:39 am, Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at her home, Legacy Estates in Monmouth, IL.

JoAnn was born June 16, 1941 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Constance Bridge.  She was raised and educated in Monmouth, graduating from Monmouth High School. 

JoAnn married Raymond Whitall in 1971 and he later passed away.

JoAnn was a florist and loved flowers.  She and Raymond traveled all over the United States, living in several states over the years.

Survivors include her daughter, Toni (Bill) Cooper of Monmouth, IL; 2 brothers, Rick Waller of Richmond, VA and Travis (Desiree) Whitall of Tampa, FL; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Cremation has been accorded.  No visitation or services are planned at this time.
