No Action Taken on Golf Cart and Non-Highway Vehicle Ordinance by Monmouth City Council

At the Monmouth City Council meeting in August, discussion was held on the possibility of operating golf carts and other non-highway vehicles within the city limits. A draft ordinance has been produced and more discussion was held informs City Administrator Lew Steinbrecher:
