Cottage Rehab and Sports Medicine Still Here and Open Says Clinic Manager Doug Price

Recently, news has been making its’ way to the public regarding Cottage Hospital. Cottage Rehab and Sports Medicine Clinic Manager Doug Price is informing patients and the community the clinic will remain unaffected by the situation and are still accepting the same insurances as before:

“We are a separate entity from Cottage Hospital. In other words, our billing is separate, our Medicare certification is separate, insurance certification is separate, and everything is just a separate entity. We have always been an Advanced Rehab and Sports Medicine, but those two clinics we kind of share a bit of a contract basically with Cottage Hospital. Just wanted some clarification; have been in the community for 21 years. We don’t plan on going anywhere. Our whole business has been around trying to help out the communities we live in; trying to treat people, trying to make sure that people lead as functional life and as pain free life as they can. Nothing has changed in that. Nothing has changed as far as what insurances we accept. We still accept Medicare and array of private insurances.”

Physical Therapy appointments and free screenings at the Cottage Rehab and Sports Medicine clinic in Monmouth can be made by calling 309-734-1103.
