Larry M. Livingston, age 77, of Monmouth, Illinois passed away at 12:04 pm on Sunday January 23, 2022 at OSF St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg, Illinois.  Larry was born on January 12, 1945 in Monmouth and is the son of John A. and Rosalie Hathaway Livingston. Larry married Nancy Lee Hull on June 4, 1966 in Monmouth, Illinois and she survives him. Larry began work at the age of 8 and worked on a Pepsi Truck locally. He later worked for a time at the Monmouth Roller Rink and later at the Trading Post in Monmouth. He then worked for over twenty years as a warehouseman at the Gamble Skogmo Warehouse in Monmouth. To his retirement, Larry then was employed by Cedar Trucking of Galesburg, Illinois as a driver. Larry enjoyed hunting and fishing and most loved to play golf as a member of Gibson Woods Golf Course. In earlier years Larry enjoyed and coached Little League Baseball locally and was Troop Master for Troop 355 at the Methodist Church in Monmouth.

Larry is survived by his wife of 55 years, Nancy L. Hull of Monmouth, Illinois, his daughter, Michelle Ribaudo and Andy of Columbia, Missouri, and his two sons, Michael P. Livingston and Kendra of Sebring, Florida and Matthew C. Livingston and Toby of Monmouth, Illinois. There are four granddaughters surviving, Becky Livingston, Sara Ribaudo, Morgan Ribaudo, and Brenna Livingston. There are five grandsons, Jeremy Livingston, Jacob Miller, Nathan Ribaudo, Jason Livingston, and Brandon Livingston. One great granddaughter, Amber Livingston also survives. Larry’s brother Frank Livingston lives in Jefferson City, Missouri and his sister, Mary Geisz is surviving in Joplin, Missouri. 

Preceding him in death are his parents, and two brothers, Benny and Jack. 

A funeral service is planned for Larry on Saturday January 29, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Turnbull Funeral Home in Monmouth, Illinois. His family plans to receive friends on Saturday Jan.29th from 10:00 am to 11:00, the hour prior to the service. Interment will be in the Monmouth Cemetery.
